For any restaurant on social media, professional photography and videography are essential. We not only showcase menu items to attract customers but also post items with higher profit margins to encourage customers to order what they see. We have conducted monthly content shoots for Fat Jaks since 2017, which include all content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Uber Eats, their website and in-store posters and TV screens.
When Fat Jaks opened their first venue in St Kilda, we were able to ensure a feature on Broadsheet, The Urban List, Timeout, Concrete Playground and Burgers of Melbourne.
With ongoing Facebook and Instagram ads, we are seeing more and more growth each month. Our followers have grown from 0 to over 19,000.
We achieved remarkable success by collaborating with various influencers. By being featured on popular TikTok, Instagram and Redbook accounts regularly across Melbourne and Sydney, the restaurant attracts a significant amount of customers due to the additional exposure.

Fat Jaks experienced an immediate surge in customer traffic that coincided with the posting of TikTok videos, with multiple videos reaching over 50,000 views organically.
We first started working with Fat Jaks in 2017. We helped set up all of their social accounts and have been working with them since the day they opened. The brand has expanded from 1 store to 10 in 2026, which includes opening sites in both Melbourne and Sydney.
